PropAgent is a "Make In India" app that provides a digital marketplace to Real Estate brokers. This application is solely designed to provide unique digital experience to the Brokers community for their smooth interactions and transparent business dealings.
What information you need to give in to use this app?
We gather information from user who register with us for the services. It includes, but may not be limited to, email address, mobile no, first name, last name. We also collect additional information about user and property as required.
How the site uses the information it collects/tracks?
PropAgent collects information from brokers primarily to ensure that we are able to fulfill requirements and to deliver personalized experience.
With whom the site shares the information it collects/tracks?
The information collected from any of our brokers is shared with their approval to individuals and organizations.
PropAgent does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information at the individual level regarding its customers/brokers/user to any third party. We may disclose to third party services certain personally identifiable information such as name, email, mobile number and information we collect as you access and use our service.
This information is shared with third party service providers so that we can personalize the app for you and perform behavioral analytics. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security and revealed unless you want it to. We are also bound to cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.
Can users contact Builders, Agents, Brokers and others?
If the Builder, Agent/Broker or any individual has provided their contact information for everyone to see then users can contact them at their request.

After property management contract, the customer can cancel the order within 3 days, if he/she wishes to. And in the case of a customer requesting a refund, a fee of 3% of the order value will be charged by the bank and the refund will be processed through the same mode within 5 working days. For EMI transactions and American Express (AMEX) Credit Cards, a fee of 4% of the order value applies, for international cards, a fee of 5% of the order value applies. Contract can be terminated within 7 days from the day of signing when the services are no longer needed. For all other return/ cancellation/ refund policies, please visit our returns and FAQ’s page.
