Sector 165 is a village area. It is nearby no public conveyance no school and Banks, ATM and roads are not good only for the residential areas not commercial. The area enclosed by Sector-165 houses limited residential and commercial properties as initiatives to develop this locality started only a few years ago. As per the Noida Master Plan of 2031, this sector is to be developed as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ), along with its surrounding localities, namely Sectors 163, 164, 166, and 167.
