Sector 73 is a new and upcoming sector situated along the critical stretch of Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), adjacent to Sector 74 in the north, Sector 74A in the west, Sector 71 in the east, and Sector 75 in the south. It is a small developing sector which comprises few plot projects and apartment complexes. DLF Alameda and Today Homes Canary Greens, are the two prominent residential projects in the sector. M3M Corner Walk, an under-construction mixed-use project which would comprise retail units, eateries, offices, and residential units, is also situated within the sector. Apart from this, the sector also hosts a cricket playground available on rent.

Since Sector 73 is an upcoming sector, social and retail infrastructure is in a developmental stage. But, a number of schools, banks, hospitals, clinics, markets, and malls, are sufficiently available in the established areas of Sector 47, 48, 49, and 50, just 15-20 minutes’ drive away.
